Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. jubali reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a Player has opted into the offer, provided that jubali gives reasonable notice where practicable. In circumstances where a promotion is cancelled after opt-in, any bonus funds already credited will be removed and any wagering progress on those funds will be reset.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events at jubali's discretion. jubali reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during periods of live play, without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid and will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules unless the event is subsequently voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jubali shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the jubali Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.
jubali provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jubali does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jubali does not guarantee that any particular game outcome, sporting result, or odds calculation will be accurate or error-free.
jubali's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to jubali in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your jubali account at any time by contacting jubali's customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, provided that all KYC verification requirements have been met and no breach of these Terms is under investigation. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jubali reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, the quantum of which will be communicated to you in advance by email. jubali will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying dormancy fees. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.
jubali reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jubali will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
